Black Diamond Ranch (gated)
This is the Top Ranked Golf Course Community in Citrus County and one of the Top 5 in the State of Florida. Covering 1,320 private acres across the rolling countryside of Florida’s Nature Coast, Black Diamond will eventually be home to fewer than 800 families who will have access to 45 holes of Tom Fazio designed championship golf, including the famed Quarry course.
The splendor of the Quarry is supplemented by the impressive Ranch course and the Highlands, a nine-hole layout with hilltop views of up to 25 miles.
All this abundance is within a private, gated community. The amenities are as impressive as the golf. Start with a top-notch 28,000-square-foot clubhouse, two Har-Tru, fast-dry clay tennis courts, a complete fitness center, and swimming pools. Other amenities a fully-equipped fitness center, plus excellent dining and social activities.
Pine Ridge Estates
Pine Ridge offers plenty of privacy. Lots are at least one acre and go up to 25 acres. Dotting the green, lush landscape of the region are large single-family properties and unoccupied lots of land quietly awaiting the perfect country home.
Equestrian-centered estates are available. Pine Ridge has the largest equestrian center in Citrus County with 22 miles of riding trails and a stable and training area.
While horses and nature enjoyment are a large part of the community, Unit III is dedicated to the country club and bike trails, thus no horses are allowed. This section constitutes almost half of the ten thousand developed acres of Pine Ridge.
Besides the well-appointed community center with all of the daily activities, there are ample tennis courts, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard, and a new playground.
Pine Ridge really is the perfect residential getaway. It is secluded and private, and still within convenient proximity to entertainment, shopping, and dining. It is also a short drive to the coast.

Living life in a resort! Being on a permanent vacation!
Imagine a meadow transformed into gently rolling hills, majestic and beautiful old oak trees, winding roads that flow with the terrain, and a collection of villas and homes appearing to have evolved and been arranged in the most appropriate settings. Add to this maintenance-free living and you have paradise!
Citrus Springs is a planned community with 35,000 lots with about 32,000 set aside for residential use. Other zoning includes commercial, churches, hospital and medical, and parks and recreation.
While it was started with retirees, there are now many families here. We have two elementary schools and a middle school, and future plans for a high school to be constructed on a site that Citrus County has selected right near the middle school. Each school has about a thousand pupils.
What is most compelling about Citrus Springs is it is one of the most affordable places to live in all of Florida. New homes on quarter-acre lots start at $135,000.00.
Among its amenities are Two 18 hole Golf Courses, Baseball Field, Parks, Playgrounds, Community Center and the Withlacoochee State Trail – the start of a 46-mile paved trail for walking, jogging, and biking.
